E-Support
An e-support service provided to all our Finance Plus customers free of charge for one calendar year following the product purchase, after which time it can be acquired for an additional cost.

Premium Support
A combined e-support plus telephone support package (we call you on receiving an e-support query) acquired for an additional cost.
This service is targeted towards customers requiring a faster response to their problem other than that provided by our e-support only service. Customers on this premium support are also entitled to free upgrades to newer versions of their Finance Plus product. Such releases may include new product features and enhancements.
